I had educated myself, shopped around and discussed technology and maintenance with all prospective vendors. No one came close to Awake Solar's technical skills, transparent price structure, clarity on Return on Investment (ROI) & Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), etc.
Awake Solar made the process of getting Home Owners Association (HOA) approval, permits & collaborating with CenterPoint Energy, extremely easy. The installation was right on schedule, the staff knew what they were doing and the final walk through gave a clear understanding on what I paid for.
In the past 3 years, I have had no reason to call, let alone complain, to Awake Solar. At the end of each year, I have calculated the total electricity bill I have paid. For these 3 years, the amount is always been negative, since I net generate more electricity than I consume.
